Mrs. Sabina Rahaman

B.E, M.Tech(PhD) , Assistant Professor

Sabina Rahaman got her B.E. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) degree from North Bengal University, West Bengal in the year 2003. Her M.Tech (Optoelectronics) degree is from Calcutta University, West Bengal in the year 2006. She has done her M.Tech project from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in the area of Breast cancer detection using DOT. She worked as a Research Assistant in IISc, Bangalore. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor in Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering, BMSIT&M since 2011. She is currently pursuing PhD in the area of Nanotechnology from VIT University, Chennai. She has 10 publications in reputed International Journals and International/National Conferences. Her research interest lies in the field of nanotechnology, synthesis of Quantum Dot, fabrication of thin film heterojunction solar cell, synthesis of nano particle, CMOS VLSI Design, Analog VLSI design.
