B.E. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from North Bengal University, West Bengal in the year 2003, M.Tech (Optoelectronics) from Calcutta University, West Bengal in the year 2006. M.Tech project was carried out at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on diffused optical tomography, which is used for detection of breast cancer. Worked as a Research Assistant in IISc, Bangalore from 2006 to 2007. Currently, I am working as Assistant Professor in Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering, BMSIT&M since 2011. Currently I am pursuing PhD in the area of thin film solar cell from VIT University. I have 15 publications in International peer reviewd Journals and International/National Conferences. My research interest lies in the field of nanotechnology, synthesis of Quantum Dot and semiconductor materials, fabrication of thin film heterojunction solar cell, CMOS VLSI Design, Analog VLSI design. Received best oral presentation award in material physics and engineering section in the International conference on " Accelerating innovation in material science (AIMS 2020)", Aug 4-7 2020 for paper titled “Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis deposited CTS thin film: variation of thiourea concentration in the film" Sabina Rahaman Assistant professor ECE department, BMSIT&M sabina@bmsit.in
