Raju Hajare received B.E degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIE Mysosre, Mysore University, India. He obtained his MTech in the field of Power Electronics from PDACE under Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Tele Communication Department of BMS Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. His areas of interest are Semiconductor Devices, Nano electronics and Nano Sensors. He has authored two text books named "Linear Integrated Circuits" and Basic Electronics, published by Cengage Learning. He is reviewer for three scopus indexed Journals including springer journal. He has published research papers in Scopus indexed international Journals and presented papers at different international Conferences.
