The Aero club was launched on 5th May 2017 with a team of 13 core student members of 5th semester Mechanical Engineering..The Aero club was formed with an initiative to bring awareness about drone and aircraft building amongst the students., followed by a one day workshop on drone building was done by Mr.Ganesh Laxmanamurthy of Probiz- IT solutions.
Benefits of joining the club : The students are exposed to theoretical and practical aspects of aircraft building.The Aero club now has a mission to motivate students to participate in National level aircraft building competitions. Frequent training like workshops and Industry visits to Aerospace Industries are being planned by the club.
